Prices may vary depending on hair type and are subject to change without notice. Please take into consideration that our prices listed are to be used as a guide, for an accurate price it is best to book in for a complimentary consultation. All consultations or appointments booked in will be quoted before the appointment commences.

To help us remain a Sustainable Salon, a nominal $3 ‘green fee’ will be added to the final service price upon checkout. A small contribution for a big and positive impact for our environment and planet. The fee is not already included in price menu and will be added to the final service price upon checkout.

Even though the colour products we use are among the healthiest available, it is recommended for all new clients to have a patch-test at least 24 hours prior to colouring to test for any personal sensitivities or allergies.

Cancellation/No Show/Refund Policy

52 Hair Co sends you a text to confirm your appointment 5 days prior to your booking. We require at least 48-hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we have time to allocate the space to another eager client.

Any appointments cancelled with less than 48-hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% value of the service booked. Any no-shows to appointments may result in a 50% non-refundable deposit when making a future appointment.

We reserve the right to cancel any appointment in the event where we have made multiple attempts to confirm an appointment.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointments that are 15 minutes or more late. If you are running late to your appointment please let us know. We run on a tight schedule and running even 10 minutes late can cause a big disruption to our day.

52 Hair Co have a no refund policy - we stand behind our skills and services. If you have any concerns with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment to resolve any issues free-of-charge.

We do not offer refunds on retail products that have been opened and/or used. We can only offer an exchange or credit on unopened and unused retail products where a receipt of proof of purchase is shown that is within 10 days from date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers are redeemable on services only. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase retail products.

All gift vouchers have a 3 year validation period from date of purchase, and are signed by an authorised employee of 52 Hair Co. We do not offer refunds on gift vouchers.
